Great Lakes Cooperative Center (GLCC) is a development group that provides technical assistance for cooperative start-ups in the Upper Midwest. It also helps existing cooperatives resolve their business challenges to better meet the needs of their members. GLCC is headquartered in Madison, Wis., and is a partnership between Cooperative Network and the University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives. GLCC’s principal focus is to stimulate rural economies through the development of cooperatives and other initiatives.
